Connect Force is an energetic, dynamic and vibrant company which specialises in providing football clubs and football players the platform to achieve and deliver excellence on a local, national and international level.

Connect Force has spent years internally and externally orchestrating a blueprint for growth. We are engaged and created an establishment that will enrich individuals and football clubs to achieve their set aims and objectives.

Since its formation the company has provided services to many of its clients in various fields of business.

    Personal Coaching & Mentoring

    We have a team that provide ongoing mentoring and we aim to compliment the players development at their clubs by working with all those connected - Player, Family and Club in assisting the player with his mental, physical, technical and tactical development. We are able to provide bespoke and tailored 1-1 sessions to supplement the development of our clients using top quality, highly qualified and experienced coaches. We are also able to further support our clients with a behavioural coach who will aid with coping strategies for potential psychological fatigue or pressures that comes with professional football.

    Representation

    Connect force takes a player centred approach in all areas of our work. We maintain strong relationships with all key decision-makers at clubs ensuring the player and their development is at the forefront of all discussions. We are experienced in handling transfer and contract negotiations and will strive to achieve the best contractual position possible for our clients.

    Career & Lifestyle Management

    We create an environment that provides our clients with the reassurance that they are able to focus on the one thing they love – Playing Football. We will ensure that there is specialist advice on hand at different stages of our clients careers whether you are an academy youth team player or an established first team player. Connect Force is committed to our very close personal relationships with our clients. We will aim to support our clients with day-to-day tasks that may arise and provide a transparent and high quality service in all aspects of their lifestyle including: house purchasing, relocation, holidays, car purchase and leasing, and more...

    Commercial

    We will aim to source, develop and manage commercial opportunities for our clients ensuring strong relationships are maintained and commercial partnerships run smoothly. We have excellent relationships with major brands and will look after all commercial interests including image rights and sponsorship deals.

    Legal support

    Connect Force offers both legal support and assistance and we are affiliated with one of the leading sports Law firms in the UK who are able to advise and where necessary represent in all manner of cases.
